I use this data solely to reply to you, arrange a possible consultation and manage our communication. I do not use it for marketing purposes and I do not share it with third parties for commercial reasons.
Where your data is stored
Data submitted through the contact form is managed via the Wix platform, which hosts this website. A notification of each new message is sent to my inbox at giacomo@bloomwithbach.com. Any subsequent communications related to the consultation take place through Proton Mail (giacomomariarossi@proton.me), an end-to-end encrypted service based in Switzerland. I retain your data only for as long as necessary to manage our communication and any consultation process.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to access, correct or delete your data. Simply write to me at giacomo@bloomwithbach.com and I will act as soon as possible.
Nature of the data processed
Any data relating to your emotional state that you may share during a consultation is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is never disclosed. I do not make medical diagnoses and I am not a substitute for healthcare professionals.
